    With a $50 million letter of credit, we helped finance 171 affordable homes at Melrose North in the Bronx. Co-developed by Services for the UnderServed (S:US) and Bronx Pro Group, the building offers supportive housing units for formerly homeless individuals and survivors of domestic violence. Community amenities include a playground, garden and makers spaces where residents can be unstoppable together.
